David A. Sattler, a life long resident of Northern Virginia, was a founding member and managing partner of the Arlington law firm of Brooks, Suiters & Sattler (1991—2006). His practice is focused on providing comprehensive legal services to mid-size and start-up businesses and their owners. In addition to general business transactions and business litigation, he has extensive experience in business acquisitions, contracting, employment issues, leasing, and real estate matters. Mr. Sattler represents many commercial enterprises and professional organizations, including numerous medical practices. A graduate of the University of Virginia and William and Mary’s Marshall Wythe School of Law, he is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Sattler is actively involved with a variety of bar, educational, and arts non-profit organizations.
